Welcome to DAY2DAIOS.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DAY2DAIOS platform, applications, and related services. By accessing or using DAY2DAIOS, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Platform
DAY2DAIOS provides organizational, collaboration, task management, document storage, AI assistance, and related operational tools. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
DAY2DAIOS provides organizational, productivity, operational, collaboration, AI-assisted, and information management tools for informational and operational purposes only.
Users remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
You may not:
- misuse the platform
- attempt unauthorized access
- upload malicious content
- interfere with system security
- or violate applicable laws
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining account confidentiality
- securing passwords
- and all activity occurring under their accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Content
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading content, users grant DAY2DAIOS a limited license necessary to:
- store
- process
- display
- organize
- and provide platform functionality
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to uploaded content.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to upload, store, process, or share content through the Platform.
4. Shared Workspaces
Users may create or participate in shared workspaces. Workspace administrators may manage permissions, shared access, and workspace content visibility. DAY2DAIOS is not responsible for how users share information within workspaces.
Workspace administrators and invited users may gain access to documents, notes, tasks, contacts, assets, instructions, reminders, and other shared content depending on selected permissions.
5. AI Features
DAY2DAIOS includes AI-assisted features that may help organize information, categorize documents, generate summaries, extract information through OCR, suggest reminders, connect related information, surface insights, generate recommendations, and assist with operational workflows.
AI-generated outputs may:
- contain inaccuracies
- omit relevant information
- become outdated
- require human review
- misinterpret uploaded content
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them for operational, legal, financial, technical, property, maintenance, scheduling, or organizational decisions.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The platform may integrate with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Apple, and other providers. Use of third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Certain features may require users to grant access permissions to connected third-party services, including calendars, email providers, storage providers, or productivity platforms.
Users may revoke integration permissions at any time through their connected provider settings where supported.
7. Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Features, AI systems, integrations, automations, OCR processing, and third-party connectivity may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAY2DAIOS shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- data loss
- service interruptions
- lost profits
- or reliance on AI-generated outputs
DAY2DAIOS is not responsible for:
- inaccurate AI outputs
- missed reminders
- failed automations
- incomplete OCR extraction
- scheduling conflicts
- integration outages
- data synchronization delays
- user reliance on AI-generated organizational outputs
- third-party service interruptions
Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
The DAY2DAIOS name, branding, logos, platform design, and related intellectual property are owned by DAY2DAIOS unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary materials without permission.
Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or commercially exploit proprietary AI systems, workflows, interfaces, or platform functionality without written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that create security risks, abuse integrations, upload malicious content, or misuse automation or AI systems.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of DAY2DAIOS after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
