DAY2DAIOS uses AI-assisted features to help users organize information. This page explains how those features work, what they can and cannot do, and what users are responsible for reviewing.
1. How AI Features Work
AI-assisted systems analyze uploaded content and workspace data to help categorize, summarize, extract, and connect information. AI features are designed to assist organizational workflows — they do not replace human judgment.
2. OCR & Extraction Systems
Uploaded documents, receipts, manuals, invoices, contracts, and images may be processed through OCR (optical character recognition) and AI extraction to identify text, key fields, dates, and structured data.
- OCR extraction may be incomplete or incorrect
- Extracted fields should be verified before relying on them
- Image quality and document formatting can affect results
3. Organizational Assistance
AI may suggest categories, tags, summaries, reminders, related items, recurring tasks, maintenance suggestions, warranty alerts, and connections between documents, assets, contacts, and tasks.
4. AI Limitations
AI-generated outputs may:
- contain inaccuracies
- omit relevant information
- become outdated
- misinterpret uploaded content
- summarize or categorize imperfectly
5. Human Review Requirements
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them for operational, legal, financial, technical, property, maintenance, scheduling, or organizational decisions.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
Certain processing may involve trusted third-party providers that assist with language processing, OCR, automation, analytics, or infrastructure services. Examples may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Supabase, and related infrastructure or OCR providers.
7. Integration-Based Processing
When users connect third-party services (calendars, email, storage), information necessary to enable requested functionality may be processed by both DAY2DAIOS and the connected provider, subject to the provider's own terms.
8. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying important information, reviewing AI suggestions before acting on them, and managing workspace permissions to control how shared content is accessed and processed.
