DAY2DAIOS takes security seriously and works to protect user information through commercially reasonable safeguards. This page outlines key practices and what users are responsible for.
1. Account Security
Accounts are protected with industry-standard authentication. Users may sign in with email and password or supported third-party identity providers.
2. Password Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords
- Passwords should be unique to DAY2DAIOS and not reused across other services
- Account credentials should never be shared
3. Workspace Permissions
Workspaces support roles such as admin, manager, member, and guest. Workspace administrators manage permissions and visibility for documents, contacts, assets, knowledge, and tasks.
- Users should carefully manage shared workspace permissions
- Inviting members grants access to shared workspace content based on selected roles
- Administrators can change or revoke permissions at any time
4. Data Storage Practices
User content is stored using managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit, and database-level row security policies that restrict access to authorized workspace members.
5. Integration Permissions
Third-party integrations require user authorization. Connected services may access data necessary to enable requested functionality, including calendars, files, email metadata, or productivity information.
Users may revoke integration permissions at any time through their connected provider settings where supported.
6. AI Processing Security
AI processing occurs through trusted providers under data-handling agreements. Workspace permission boundaries are respected during AI processing — AI features should not surface restricted content across workspaces.
7. Third-Party Providers
DAY2DAIOS relies on third-party infrastructure, AI, OCR, analytics, and integration providers. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and security practices.
8. Responsible Use
- Do not upload malicious content
- Do not attempt unauthorized access
- Do not abuse integrations or automations
- Report suspected vulnerabilities to privacy@day2daios.com
Security Disclaimer
